Health Safety Institute (HSI)- Pediatric CPR, AED, and First Aid Course
ASHI’s Pediatric CPR, AED, and First Aid training program provides an ideal training solution for schools, child care providers, youth sports coaches, and others required to learn how to respond to medical emergencies involving children and infants. This versatile program is based upon the 2015 CPR and First Aid Guidelines, Caring for Our Children, 3rd Ed, and other evidence-based treatment recommendations.
Who Should Take This Course?
Individuals seeking pediatric CPR training or who are required to be certified in pediatric CPR, AED, and First Aid including:
- School bus drivers
- Child care workers
- Teachers
- Parents
- Babysitters
Required for Successful Completion
- Written Evaluation – Optional except when required by organizational, local, or state regulation.
- Skills Evaluation – Students must perform required skills competently without assistance.
